Please note that you won't be able to return your order to us if any of the products have been used or opened. Check and make sure you're happy with each item's flavor before removing the seal. Although we don’t accept returns unless the item is defective, we want you to love all of your UGLY by nature products. So, if you have purchased the product through our website and you received a defective or damaged product, please email us a picture of the defect and a description to email@example.com the day you receive it. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and an address to ship the product to. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number issued by an UGLY by nature Customer Service Representative.
If you purchased your toothpaste at a store, please return it to the store where you bought the toothpaste.
